I am an occupational and organizational psychologist as well as a certified coach, combining my passion for people with my extensive experience in human resources management across various roles and organizations in German-speaking Switzerland (financial services, consulting, public sector). I have built my expertise in talent management and development, assessment, leadership development, conflict management, and health promotion.

Throughout my career, I have supported teams in recognizing potential, developing leaders, and implementing talent strategies. My deep psychological understanding allows me to design well-founded selection and development processes, especially in personnel diagnostics. Another focus of my work is guiding change processes and strengthening personal resilience.

I combine a structured approach with strong interpersonal skills and use my positive outlook to support individuals on their personal and professional development journeys. I speak four languages and offer coaching sessions in German, French, Italian, and English.​
